- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract top talent.
- Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Job Marketing: Create compelling job advertisements and marketing campaigns to attract candidates to available positions.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
