We are seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented individual to join the commodity trading industry as an Accounting Team Lead/Manager. The ideal candidate should have experience in leading a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review accounting transactions and closing activities of team members
- Act as an approver for payment or any related tasks
- Ensure smooth completion of company reporting and compliance as per regulations
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
- Ad-hoc projects on company continuous improvement of workflow, software, etc.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, or equivalent
- At least 5 years’ experience in full set of accounts
- Working experience with an MNC is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under time pressure
- Possess good planning and organizing skills
