We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the commodity trading industry as an Accounts Executive. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in AP, AR and GL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full set of intercompany accounts such as AR, AP, and GL
- Ensure that all sales, purchases, non-operating income and expenses are posted accurately
- Handle month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing
- Registration of vendor bank accounts for payments
- Ad-hoc projects on company continuous improvement of workflow, software, etc.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience in AR, AP, and GL
- Working experience with an MNC is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under time pressure
- Possess good planning and organizing skills
