As we expand, we are undergoing significant operational transformations to support this growth. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable growth.


Job Summary:
As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing all financial activities, ensuring efficient financial operations, and supporting key business decisions. Your role will be critical in guiding the company through its next phase of growth. You will work closely with the executive team to optimize financial performance, develop financial strategies, and implement systems to support scalability.


Job Description:

· Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives.

· Oversee all accounting functions, including financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and regulatory filings.

· Develop and implement financial systems and processes to drive operational efficiency and scalability.

· Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks to support business operations.

· Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, providing financial analysis, insights, and recommendations.

· Lead financial transformation efforts, including implementing new tools, systems, and processes to support growth.

· Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.

· Drive cost control and operational efficiency initiatives across the business.

· Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

· Support fundraising efforts, including investor relations and capital strategy when necessary.


Requirements and Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is preferred.

· 5+ years of experience in a finance role, ideally in a high-growth environment.

· Proven experience in managing financial operations in a scaling company.

· Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and accounting principles.

· Experience in implementing financial systems and processes to support growth.

· Strong leadership and people management skills.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
