Job Descriptions:
- Introduce services and recommend suitable packages to walk-in customers
- Identify and execute strategies to increase customer expenditure and achieve sales target
- Develop and maintain relationships with regular customers
- Front desk duties including attending to guests/customers and cashiering
- Attend to customers calls and emails on enquiries/feedbacks/appointments
- Assist to handle and resolve customer complaints
- Provide administrative and clerical support from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Experience in similar role preferred (Receptionist/ Retail Sales/ Spa Consultants/ etc)
- Positive attitude and possess excellent interpersonal skills with sound judgement ability to handle different situations
- Sales driven, confident, self-motivated, service oriented, initiative, leadership skills an added advantage
- Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
- Able to converse fluently in English and Mandarin
