We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the commodity trading industry as an Operations Executive. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in handling L/C.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to both the Freight and Trading sales team
- Manage end-to-end operations such as documentation, L/C, and logistics coordination
- Coordinate with stakeholders across various time zone on sales and shipments
- Update and reconcile profit & loss
- Manage credit positioning
- Occasional meetings with external parties
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in maritime, supply chain, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience handlings L/C, preferably within a physical trading house
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Independent and able to manage priorities
