NES Fircroft has partnered up with a global provider of Marine logistics who is looking for a motivated Operations Executive to join their dynamic projects team in Singapore.
In this key role, you will oversee the logistics of project shipments, ensuring the timely and accurate transport of goods.
Responsibilities include coordinating all shipping documentation in compliance with international regulations, liaising with carriers and service providers, monitoring shipment progress, and addressing any operational issues that arise.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in logistics or project management, particularly with heavy/oversized cargo, and possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Flexibility for travel and a solid understanding of transportation regulations for oversized cargo are essential.
