Job Position: Managing Director
Salary Range: S$4,500 - S$6,500
Job Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement business strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive revenue growth in ASEAN markets, particularly Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia.
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, offering customized logistics solutions.
· Supervise daily business operations, ensuring smooth execution of air, sea, and road freight logistics.
· Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
· Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and industry standards.
· Conduct market research on logistics trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
· Advocate for the adoption of modern logistics technologies and systems to improve operational efficiency.
· Lead the implementation of data analytics and reporting tools for informed decision-making.
Position Requirements:
· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree holder.
· Familiarity with logistics operations in ASEAN regions, particularly cross-border transportation between Malaysia-Singapore, Singapore-Thailand, and Singapore-Indonesia.
· Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to oversee operations and meet with clients.
· Knowledge of logistics and supply chain technologies is preferred, even if acquired through practical, non-formal experiences.
· Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs compliance is beneficial but on-the-job learning opportunities will be provided.
