Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies.
- Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive app downloads, strong ROI and efficient CAC.
- Plan and ensure successful execution and optimization for key traffic KPIs on paid, organic and own media channels.
- Identifying and testing new channels to consistently meet or exceed established KPIs.
- Conduct market and keyword research, competitive analysis and A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights and areas of improvement.
- Provide regular performance reports to Management.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop compelling creatives and messaging.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing (experience in e-commerce sector will have an added advantage).
- Experience in campaigns and channel analysis and reporting.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads and analytics tools.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC and other digital marketing strategies.
- Good analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in Chinese in order to communicate with Chinese-speaking counterparts in HQ.
