Job Title: Plastic Engineer(ID3419)
Location: Changi
Working Hours: Mon – Fri 7 Am To 4:30pm
Salary: $4000-$5000

Responsibilities:
• Utilize expert knowledge of plastic materials (e.g., polypro, PVC, PET, PPS, Vespel, Torlon, etc.) to select the most suitable materials for specific applications.
• Oversee equipment selection and optimization for plastic manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement plastic manufacturing procedures, including machining, welding, stress relief, inspection, and finishing, ensuring high precision and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and engineer plastic components that meet client specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
• Stay updated on industry advancements, trends, and regulations related to plastics manufacturing and incorporate best practices into our processes.
• Obtain and maintain relevant industry certifications to ensure compliance and credibility in the semiconductor manufacturing sector.


Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• More than 5 years experience in plastics manufacturing, with a focus on precision components for semiconductor equipment.
• Expert knowledge of plastic materials, properties, and applications, including polypro, PVC, PET, PPS, Vespel, Torlon, etc.
• Proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of plastics manufacturing processes, from material selection to final inspection and finishing.
• Strong understanding of equipment selection and optimization for plastic manufacturing.
• Experience in developing and implementing plastic manufacturing procedures, including machining, welding, stress relief, inspection, and finishing.
• Familiarity with industry certifications and standards relevant to plastics manufacturing for the semiconductor industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
