Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering specialized and customized Chemical Treatment Project and Services at Client site.
- Address any deviations and provide solutions to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide regular updates and project progress to clients with reporting.
- Manage inventory and chemical stock levels at Client site.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to perform routine tests to monitor project's performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve the issues with the internal teams.
- Prepare and present monthly review and project details for Clients.
- Identify areas for improvements and discuss project effectiveness.
- Identify and implement value-added projects to reduce Total Cost of Operations with Clients.
- Develop and present Chemical Treatment Proposal tailored to Client needs to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationship with Clients to achieve Project goals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering or any related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant technical sales experience or similar functions
- Valid Class 3/3A Singapore Driver’s License.
- Experience with refinery or chemical processing is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to understand and address client needs.
- Excellent customer engagement and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a chemical plant environment.
