Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and explore new business opportunities across relevant industries.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue objectives.
- Promote the full range of services offered by the company, including rental, catering, and technological solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to uncover potential opportunities.
Project Coordination Support:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
- Assist clients with the planning and execution of their projects, from initial inquiry to completion.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure efficient delivery of all project components.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their requirements and expectations are met.
- Conduct presentations, site tours, and proposal pitches to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in accordance with company policies.
- Provide customized solutions that align with clients' specific needs and objectives.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline updates, and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and opportunities for growth.
- Analyze competitor actions and market conditions to offer strategic recommendations for business development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or any equivalent professional qualifications
- Brings along at least 3-5 years of sales experience in a related industry
- Prior experience in hospitality or events would be an added advantaged
- Able to adapt into a fast pace environment
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
