Job Responsibilities:
• Check client’s eligibility of medical benefits
• Check validity of claims prior to data entry into system
• Data entry of medical claims for both outpatient and inpatient services within a strict timeline
• Count, sort and stamp all incoming claims received
• Scan weekly invoices
• Prepare letters of rejected claims
• Process medical claims reimbursement and generate report
• Problem solve operational and system issues
• Handle client enquiries via phone and email
• Other administrative duties as assigned

• Meticulous and detailed at work with accuracy of data entries into system

• Willing to learn and adaptable to working environment with minimal supervision
• Able to work within KPIs set
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Power Point)
