Job Description:
- Perform daily administrative support, document control, Tracking and timely response relating to the Project Team and Sites' Operations.
- Liaising with the Site Management or Property Owners to ensure that work is carried out smoothly with minimal inconvenience caused.
- To deal with requests and handling complaints, conflicts and feedback pertaining to the project. (E.g. From the Public, Site Management and/or Property Owners)
- Ensuring that work carried out at the site is in accordance with the requirements by the Management or Property Owners.
- Preparing and sending annexes, letters or reports to the relevant Authorities as and when needed.
- Ensure that notices are put up at the sites to keep the public informed of the works being carried out.
- Perform all other duties or tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirement:
- Good command in English and excellent communication skills, bi-lingual preferred (verbal and written).
- Diploma or Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communications, Journalism or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience working in a PRO in Construction industry, preferably (PUB project’ working experience would be an added advantage).
- Must be able to speak in both English and Mandarin, as the role requires liaising with clients who speak either language.
- Min 2-5 years of relevant experience in the Construction industry.
- Meticulous and attentive to details.
- Able to work well independently and in a team.
