About the Client:

Responsibilities:

This 6-month contract role involves managing recruitment activities, coordinating administrative tasks, and supporting career seminar events.

  • Manage recruitment operations, including scheduling interviews and candidate communications.
  • Assist in budgeting, tracking reports, and recruitment data management.
  • Coordinate logistics for career seminars, including vendor and speaker arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment events and talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Collaborate with recruitment managers to ensure seamless execution of hiring processes.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented individual who excels in recruitment operations.

Skills/Requirement:

  • Recruitment-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive team player.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a background in recruitment operations.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for recruitment reporting.
  • Able to adapt to changing recruitment needs and drive process improvements.
