Job responsibility
- Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (eg AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc)
- Prepare financial reports such as balance sheet, income statements and cash flow statements
- Support and ensure compliance with all finance filling requirements, tax filing requirements (GST etc)
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions include account payable and receivable, expenses and revenues
- Provide financial advisory services to clients, offer insights and recommendations on financial management and budgeting
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and other stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by dept head
Qualification
- You are a Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
- You have at least 2 years experience within a Accountant (General Ledger) or Accounts Receivable / AR role, ideally within the the Accounting Industry industry.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
