Core responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing operations of low voltage switchboards. The ideal candidate will ensure that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, safely, meeting quality standards and production targets.

  • Supervise Production Activities: Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
  • Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of production workers, ensuring high performance and compliance with company policies. Guide the team in resolving technical issues that may arise during production phase
  • Quality Control: Monitor production processes and products to ensure they meet quality specifications. Implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the production process and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, coordinating with the procurement department as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, including metrics on efficiency, quality, and safety.

Job Specifications

  • Education: ITE in Electrical Engineering/Diploma /Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of low voltage switchboard manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
