Job Summary:
Support the development, implementation and administration of C&B programs that align with the company's overall strategic objectives, including salary proposal, benefit management, salary benchmarking, while ensuring cost effectiveness and compliance with legislative requirements.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Engage in different C&B related projects such as salary proposal, benefits benchmarking, annual review process for salary adjustment, bonus and incentive.
- Maintain consistent deployment of compensation policy and practice, identifying inconsistencies and develop corrective actions. Act as a change agent by facilitating, managing and implementing the necessary modifications to ensure that it is communicated & executed effectively and accurately.
- Review of compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs.
- Support in preparation of C&B data for analysis and reporting to identify trends, gaps and areas for improvement.
- Handling C&B related enquiries from different levels of staff.
- Other Ad-hoc C&B projects assigned.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to staffing and compensation & benefits.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR with a focus on compensation & benefits.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resources discipline, including compensation & benefit practices, organizational diagnosis, performance management and respective employment laws.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
