- Product research and testing.
- Software training and support.
- Provide technical support to ensure users are using the software effectively.
- Work on finite element structural analysis and numerical modelling projects.
Business Development & Sales
- Generate sales leads and respond to opportunities with quotations to potential customers.
- Handle and manage the end-to-end customer sales process—from software demo to delivery; manage AR.
- Implement and manage marketing efforts like conducting engineering software workshops and seminars.
Qualification Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural or Geotechnical Engineering.
- Individuals with a strong interest in numerical modelling and sales are encouraged to apply.
- Above 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity is an added advantage.
- Prefers experience in ETABS, SAFE, or SLOPE/W.
- Strong communication, presentation skills, teamwork and self-driven
- Customer-orientated and a team player
