Our client is a microelectronic industry leader in design, development, manufacture, sale and support of advanced semiconductor wafer probe cards
Job Description:
- Operate and maintain Probe card analysers and QA equipment
- Prepare / debug test files for probe card certification
- Involve in the investigation and troubleshooting of probe card related issues
- Work closely with relevant department, ensure QA section’s readiness to handle all certification needs
- Follow up and liaise with HQ / customer on new certification processes
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years of working experiences in Semicon related industries.
- Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Mechanical or relevant discipline.
- Commencement Date: ASAP
- Skills: Preferably with knowledge of wafer probe testing
