Position Overview

Join our Growth Marketing Innovation and Lifecycle (ILM) Team, a dynamic group spearheading data-led engagements across the full customer lifecycle. Our team activates innovative in-product experiences and capabilities, alongside marketing activities across Autodesk owned touchpoints that improve acquisition, conversion, adoption, and renewal rates.

You will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer experience strategist: you will combine your problem-solving flair with your pragmatic capability to deliver customer experiences that scale.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Activation

  • Take on project ownership for targeted Lifecycle Marketing experiences and activate campaign designs that meet measurable objectives for that persona and Lifecycle stage
  • Understand qualitative and quantitative customer data from multiple sources, to elaborate on experiment hypotheses that can be tested through new targeted digital experiences

Ownership

  • Manage digital post-purchase projects, as tactical lead and project manager, for cross-team experience deployments, in collaboration with regional & global cross-functional stakeholders, identifying opportunities and implementing improvements along the way
  • Examine existing experiences' effectiveness against core metrics, suggest A/B tests, to drive improved impact on engagement and renewal rate
  • Partner closely with data, engineering, and ops teams to complete detailed design for each experience, problem solving at the cutting edge of new marketing technology to drive their development

Measurement & Reporting

  • Analyse campaign performance and customer data to identify trends and inform future opportunities
  • Turn insights into go-to-market initiatives, through orchestrated digital experiences, email campaigns or experiments
  • Prepare insightful reports and presentations to communicate results to stakeholders and senior leaders across the globe

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6 to 8 years of marketing experience (preferably in B2B, SaaS company), with a demonstrated track record in increasing customer lifecycle KPIs
  • Demonstrated experience working with APJ, EMEA and global stakeholders - Marketing managers, Operations specialists, Data experts, Customer Success, Product owners, and others
  • Able to provide clear direction to engineering and analyst teams on specific targeting and insight needs to formulate testable hypotheses
  • Good understanding of SaaS post-purchase metrics and experience designing experiences based on customer behavioural and product usage insights
  • Hands on experience setting up campaigns in Marketing and Customer Success systems (Customer Data Platforms, Journey Orchestration, Marketing Automation, Analytics, etc.)
  • Ownership mindset and ability to work with minimal direction to achieve goals and project manage from inception to delivery across a large stakeholder group
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise and compelling manner to a variety of stakeholder
