An exciting new Mechanical Design Engineer position for a global market leader in the Water Technology Industry

Your new role :
- Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and processes, including injection molds.
- Analyze data to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Develop and implement design improvements.
- Conduct simulations and analysis (e.g., moldflow, finite element).
- Create detailed designs, prototypes, and testing plans
- Interact with internal customers and stakeholders.
- Establish parameters for optimal manufacturing environments.
- Identify and resolve design flaws.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience with injection mold design and development.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
