Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Provide secretarial support, including managing of calendars and meeting appointments.
- Process work pass applications and renewals.
- Overseas via applications and booking of air tickets.
- Other ad hoc duties.
Job Requirements:
- At least GCE 'O' Level / Diploma / ITE.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc).
- Able to work independently.
- Willingness to work in Loyang area.
