Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties.
  • Provide secretarial support, including managing of calendars and meeting appointments.
  • Process work pass applications and renewals.
  • Overseas via applications and booking of air tickets.
  • Other ad hoc duties.


Job Requirements:

  • At least GCE 'O' Level / Diploma / ITE.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc).
  • Able to work independently.
  • Willingness to work in Loyang area.
