Responsibilities:
- To lead and direct the Human Resources (HR) department.
- Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Manage the full spectrum of human resource functions such as recruitment and hiring, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, manpower planning, learning and development, employer-employee relations and workplace safety.
- Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- To develop and implement HR strategies and policies, ensure compliance with local laws and regulations and the company development needs;
- To ensure HR compliance in all areas and effective implementation of HR strategies aligned to the Institute’s business objectives.
- Formulates plans for the development of the company's organizational structure and personnel, and promote their implementation;
- Planning employee’s benefit plans to design and implement;
- Closely linked with the business department, organize regular inventory and internal talent assessment work;
- Administering the full spectrum of the payroll includes accurate and timely processing of payroll, CPF submission, income tax preparation and submission, reservists’ pay and all other claims, reconciliation of the monthly payroll reports, audit matters and all other payroll-related matters.
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management whenever required.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years Food&Beverage HR management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Business
- Well-versed with the local Employment Act and other related employment guidelines/regulations
- Leadership quality and ability to lead a team and supervise projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
