Job Overview:

Hippo Prop is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to support our Head of Sales and coordinate the marketing efforts within the property agent sales team.


This role is central to driving both sales growth and marketing innovation, bridging the gap between the sales team and digital marketing to maximize our business outcomes.


The Sales & Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with both teams to enhance lead generation, brand positioning, and sales conversions. This role is ideal for a versatile marketing professional with a strong background in sales strategy and marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies to increase lead generation, brand awareness, and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives and ensure cohesive execution.
  • Analyze socia media trends, customer insights, and sales performance to adapt marketing strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives, including online advertising, social media campaigns, and content marketing, to support agent outreach and recruitment.

Team Coordination & Leadership

  • Serve as the marketing expert within the agent sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to agents on marketing techniques, tools, and strategies.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to design and implement campaigns that generate quality leads for property agents.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales and marketing teams, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.

Campaign & Performance Management

  • Partner with the digital market team to execute marketing campaigns from concept to delivery, including budgeting, timelines, and reporting.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and metrics, providing regular reports and insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

Agent Recruitment Support

  • Support the Head of Sales in recruitment efforts by designing marketing campaigns that attract top agent talent.
  • Collaborate in developing recruitment materials and communication strategies that position Hippo Prop as an attractive agency for property agents.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably within the property or related industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Experience in supporting agent recruitment and onboarding is an advantage.
