Scope of Work
Monthly invoices
- To issue and submit all invoices on a monthly basis upon confirmation of the quotation being signed off by customers on the services provided.
- All invoices submission should be via email to buyer or via buy's portal/platform for submission.
- Prerequisites to invoice submission are to check if there are any other additional apart from the agreement via quotation.
- Required to go through client's purchase orders.
Quotations
- To provide assistance to the sales department for client's quotations
- Quotations traceability checklist should be consistently updated all the times.
- Apprehending the various types of quotations and its requirements
- Maintaining, updating and good bookkeeping of customer records.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of GCE āNā Level Certificate
- Prior relevant working experience is preferred
- Able to work independently as well as a team
- Need to speak English and mandarin
