We are seeking an Admissions Officer to oversee the complete admissions process and facilitate daily communication with parents. This role involves providing administrative support as well as maintaining effective communication between teachers and parents.
Location: Central
Timings: Monday to Friday 7 am to 4pm
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire admissions process from inquiry to enrolment.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students and families via phone, email, and in-person.
- Conduct campus tours and provide detailed information about the school.
- Coordinate student assessments with prospective families.
- Ensure all required documentation is submitted and complete.
- Maintain accurate records of admissions activities and update the database regularly.
- Collaborate with the Director to develop recruitment strategies.
- Attend school fairs, open houses, and other events to promote the school.
- Assist in marketing strategy and implementation.
- Provide regular reports on admissions statistics to the School Principal and Director.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and stakeholders.
- Additional responsibilities may include website and social media management, student invoicing, contract management, and event preparation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, and Word.
- Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills.
- Candidates should possess relevant work experience.
