Sales Administrator
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for order processing via email or phone
· Check data accuracy in orders before releasing them to the Production Department
· Contact customers to obtain missing information or to answer queries
· Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
· Maintain and update sales and customer records
· Expedite orders through internal coordination
· Direct important feedback from customers to relevant departments
· Stay up to date with new products and features
· Provide administrative support and handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
· GCE ‘O’ level or high school diploma (or equivalent)
· Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role
· Good interpersonal and multitasking skills
· Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software, particularly MS Excel
· A team player with high level of dedication
· Ability to work under strict deadlines
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Candidates who are able to commence on short notice will be preferred
