Admin cum Project Co-Ordinator

Job Description:

  • To assist in office administrative matters
  • To answer phone calls and enquiries
  • To perform data entry and filing of all incoming and outgoing documents
  • To record transactions using account system and excel
  • To provide administrative support to project team which includes documentation preparation and verification, filing and co-ordination of daily workflow
  • To source for quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors
  • To assist team leader to apply and submit regulatory forms when required
  • To perform other duties as and when required by Company

Job Requirements:

  • Good team player, hardworking, self-driven, responsible and meticulous
  • With good time and stress management and communication skills and able to multi-task
  • Possess positive working attitude and able to work productively and independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and suppliers
  • 'N', 'O', diploma qualifications or similiar
  • Only Singaporeans
