Responsibilities:
- Construction schedule development and input
- Coordination and direction for all construction matters and issue
- Monitor the performance of the project from a construction perspective
- Initate and direct safety and quality audits
- Overseeing the performance of construction phase of contract commitment to ensure timely execution of work
- Able to work independently and under presure, strong interpersonal skills and ability to plan, organize and coordinate to exceed company standard.
- Manager and Supervisor team of construction employee at site.
Requirements:
- Candidate must posses at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering(Civil), Quantity Survey, Architecture or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Ms Office, Ms Project, AutoCAD
- Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, Chinese, English
- At least 10 year(s) of working exprience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/ Construction/ Structural or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to be designated at any site.(Outstation & Local) for outstation accomodation would be provided.
- Able to commerce work immediately & posses own vehicle would be an added advantage.
