Responsibilities:
- Get quotation from the relevant supplies
- Responsible for preparing Purchase Order, recording, filling and all aspects of the purchasing function
- Cost negotiation with supplier & cost analysis
- To assist in project claims preparation & progress payment to sub-contractor
- Maintain cost database & sub contractor
Requirements:
- SPM Level or Equivalent and is Computer Literate
- Min 5 yrs exp. In Construction field with minimun supervisor
- Able to work independently and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English, Bahasa & Chinese
- Able to commerce work immediately & possess own vehicle would be an added advantage
