Production Planner

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock of raw materials and finished goods while minimizing excess.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including purchasing, manufacturing, and logistics, to align production plans with operational capabilities.
• Data Analysis: Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Forecasting: Utilize forecasting techniques to anticipate demand and adjust production plans accordingly.
• Problem Solving: Address production issues promptly, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on production status, capacity, and efficiency for management review.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

• Education: Min Diploma in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in production planning or a similar role is preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in planning software (e.g., ERP systems), and excellent communication abilities.
