8. Good business acumen with proper work ethics.

Ideally you have:
1-3 years of experience
- Someone who is eager to learn the trade directly from an experienced manager, with potential to move into a key role in future.
- Plus point if there is prior experience in engineering related solutions.
This is a basic + commission role with high earning potential for performing staff.
