Job Description & Requirements
· Provide exceptional service to ensure guests feel welcomed at all times.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
· Keep workstations fully stocked and ready for service.
· Clear soiled dishes promptly from all stations.
· Prepare and reset tables for incoming guests.
· Assist customers with their needs and requests.
· Support the team leader or outlet manager in daily operations.
· Manage the guest reservation system efficiently.
· Set tables according to the event type and service standards.
· Foster positive working relationships within the team.
· Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system for kitchen relay.
· Deliver food and beverages promptly from the kitchen and bar to guests.
· Preparing dessert as request
· Perform cashiering duties accurately and efficiently.
· Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.
