Job Scope
- Lead or participate in the planning and execution of IT audit engagements, ensuring the quality of reports and timeliness of deliverables.
- Develop audit plans and programs using a risk-based approach.
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements, recommending improvements to corporate policies, standard operating procedures, and current practices to enhance existing IT control and design.
- Identify potential risks, control gaps/lapses and drive the sharing of best practices relating to risk management.
- Pursue the resolution of outstanding audit findings and substantiate resolved findings.
- Ensure observation of audit operating standards and procedures by Business Units and requirements of Quality Assurance Review are met.
- Support business audits through integrated or qualitative content audits by providing technology expertise and evaluating related IT controls.
- Lead or participate in other ad-hoc assignments including special projects and investigations.
- Be instrumental in the continuous monitoring of technology risk areas.
Skills Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Engineering with relevant professional certification such as CISA, CISM, CEH, CISSP, CCSP.
- 5 – 8 Years of relevant IT audit experience, with practical knowledge in digital / applications audits.
- Prior experience in insurance or banking sector and familiarity with regulatory requirements specific to technology risk management for Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia will be an added advantage.
- Attention to details to ensure completeness and accuracy of audit coverage.
- Robust and well-anchored analytical and problem-solving skills to lead and effect work assigned.
