Fast growing retail brand with over a billion revenue is recruiting for an experienced Fit-out Director to manage their upcoming store construction projects in SEA.
Job Description
The Fit-out Director will be working with internal teams to ensure that the design standards are aligned with the brand and marketing objectives. This role will be managing the design development, developing the supplier standards & evaluation criteria to ensure that the organization is partnering with the right vendors and planning/executing the store construction projects in SEA.
This includes close monitoring of the projects and providing guidance to the site teams to resolve any discrepancies pertaining to design, construction standards, quality, project budget and ensuring that the project milestones are delivered in a timely manner.
The Successful Applicant
- Tertiary education background in engineering, construction or a relevant discipline
- Significant experience in fit-out or store construction experience ideally within the retail, mixed development space
- Regional project exposure
