Job Description:
- Coordinate with supervisor and client to ensure quality service delivery
- supports the overall operations of the establishment by ensuring that all utensils, equipment, and workspaces are sanitized and organized
- Ensure all dishes, glassware, and silverware are washed and stored properly
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform other cleaning tasks as assigned by management.
- Assist in development and review of operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery
- Facilitate planning of work schedules and deployment of manpower, effective work processes and the capability development of staff
- Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning or stewarding roles preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- 6 days’ work week and required to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
