- Provide professional advice to customers on audio equipment selection.
- Guide customers through product features and benefits to meet their needs.
- Maintain and update visual merchandising displays to enhance store aesthetics.
- Assist fellow team members during busy periods or with technical inquiries.
Requirements:
- GCE “N” Level and above.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a related field.
- Possesses a deep enthusiasm for music and the audio-visual industry, driven by a genuine passion and interest.
