Consultant – HR Transformation & Digitization

The HR Transformation and Digitization Consultant will lead and support projects to transform and digitize HR functions to enhance efficiency and employee experience for their clients. This role requires a strong background in HR operations, transformation, strategic thinking and client engagement with senior management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute HR transformation and digitization projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and needs of the client.
  • Collaborate with business teams to implement HR business strategies.
  • Engage with client to understand their needs and provide tailored HR solutions.
  • Analyze and improve HR processes, applying hands-on experience to drive operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for digitization of HR processes with an aim to improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • Employ Agile and Change Management methodologies to manage project delivery and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • · Facilitate design thinking workshops to enhance employee experience and satisfaction.
  • Develop and present project plans, updates, and outcomes to senior management and clients.
  • Monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Provide training and support to HR teams during the transition to new processes and technologies.


Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 10-12 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, with at least 4-5 years leading transformation & digitization projects.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience in HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and change management principles.
  • Familiarity with concepts of Design Thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement and relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR technology and digitization tools is a must.
  • Ability to influence and drive change across various levels of the organization.
  • Project management expertise with a track record of successful delivery.
  • Familiarity with HR metrics and reporting tools like PowerBI.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Preference will be given to candidates available immediately.
