Responsibilities:
- Support the Centre Manager in formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy, as well as to optimise the tenancy mix of the mall.
- Perform market research and analysis to identify, prospect and secure new market segments.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract the right tenants to the property.
- Negotiate leases and attend to tenancy-related matters.
- Plan, establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.
- Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing department.
- Responsible for all aspects of lease management.
- Any other duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate/Building Management/Marketing or related discipline, with at least 5 years’ experience in the leasing function in a retail real estate industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and have working knowledge of the tenancy agreement process and documentation.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Well organized, meticulous and highly numerate.
- Highly motivated, resourceful, positive and proactive, and with these traits, thrive on challenges and time pressures.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment.
