Specific Responsibilities
- Maintain full set accounts including P&L, general ledger, balancesheet schedules and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements andmanagement reports..
- Prepare monthly Statement of Account (SOA).
- Maintain multiple bank accounts.
- Prepare GST reconciliation report.
- Support external audit and tax matters.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financialreporting.
- Filing and keeping of all electronic and manual data in line with Singapore law.
- Ensure compliance with international accounting policies.
- Perform Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in full set accountingProven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.。
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel..。
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of work.
- Meticulous and detailed.
Remuneration and Benefits
- SGD $5,000 to SGD $6,000 depending on experience andqualifications.
- Performance based bonuses and salary revisions.
