Job Description & Requirements


Specific Responsibilities

  • Maintain full set accounts including P&L, general ledger, balancesheet schedules and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements andmanagement reports..
  • Prepare monthly Statement of Account (SOA).
  • Maintain multiple bank accounts.
  • Prepare GST reconciliation report.
  • Support external audit and tax matters.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financialreporting.
  • Filing and keeping of all electronic and manual data in line with Singapore law.
  • Ensure compliance with international accounting policies.
  • Perform Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in full set accountingProven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.。
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel..。
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of work.
  • Meticulous and detailed.

Remuneration and Benefits

  • SGD $5,000 to SGD $6,000 depending on experience andqualifications.
  • Performance based bonuses and salary revisions.
