Job Scope:
· Perform a range of administrative and operation support to the team to facilitate the efficiency of the R&D and Sales department
· Support overall day to day operations to ensure all administrative tasks are completed to keep the department running smoothly
· Promptly answer the questions of staff and other stakeholders
· Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with vendors
· Prepare and file forms and other documents
· Managing inventory and ordering supplies for the company
· Update logs and sales order forms
· Record and upkeep inventory in the system and/or forms.
· Assist in documentation works to upkeep the records in accordance to GMP guidelines.
· Support the sales team in sample preparation as required.
· Assist in all other logistics operation, such as arrangement of parcel shipment.
· Other duties as assigned by the management.
