1. Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers on Housing loan, car loan and auto loan on their services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
2. Review customer existing home loan package and advice accordingly on the various option available
3. To protect home loan portfolio by managing customer expectation on loan repricing package offered
4. To respond and follow up on customers’ request promptly and accurately
5. Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction
6. Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
