Responsibilities:
You will handle the hospital's pharmacare finance functions of Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets. The duties include:
- Creating sales invoices
- Verifying collections from pharmacare outlets
- Performing both bank and inter-company reconciliations
- Perform closing of accounts, prepare audit schedules and update bank mandates
- Liaise with the hospital's pharmacare and Facilities Development to obtain information on capitalisation, fixed assets and leases and be updated with any movements in fixed assets
- Report to the Assistant Manager, Finance Operations and assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager, Deputy Director and/or Chief Financial Officer
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Min 6 years of AR experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in handling heavy volumes of work
- Able to accept and adapt to manual processes (vs automated accounting software)

- Knowledge in SAP
- Prior experience in retail pharmacies
