The Role
Project Information:
This is for platform transformation and modernization to long-term managed services with multiple tools to enable extensive automation.
The program will drive step-change improvements for the client's healthcare community, introducing AI, personalization, a modernized support ecosystem, better analytics, and automation.
Under this project, our client will help the customer completely replace the old ITSM tool and integrate other tools with ServiceNow, and help deploy and integrate endpoint automation with Aternity and Microsoft SCCM.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership for a project or support effort.
- Develop schedules, milestones, resource requirements, and staffing plans to achieve deliverables.
- Allocate tasks among team members and assess team progress toward objectives.
- Monitor progress, recognize and help resolve technical problems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with client technical management.
- Provide regular status reports and briefings.
- Assure recognition of project changes and execution of related change control procedures.
- Manage the project resources, including customer and contractor as required.

Required Technical and Professional Experience:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to identify and resolve complex issues and challenges.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with different levels of stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Strong team player, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Fluent in English.
- Based in Singapore.
