  • To support the implementation of the Group's overall human resources strategy in support of the Company's business objectives and growth plans.
  • Implementing talent recruitment and team building to ensure that the right people are attracted and selected, while optimizing recruitment channels and methods.
  • Promote branch office registration, employee visa and other administrative work.
  • Responsible for overall human resources management including employee performance management, training and development, employee relations and compensation and benefits.
  • Promote the landing and implementation of the Group's human resources system, process and system.
  • Work closely with business teams to provide HR related consulting and solutions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of HR related work experience, preferably in the Internet and financial industries;
  • Specialized in recruitment and overall manpower management, with strong executive and professional skills.
  • Familiar with Singapore's labor laws and related compliance, knowledge and competence in human resources, and familiarity with human resources management processes.
  • Strong learning and problem solving skills.
  • Singaporeans preferred.
