- To support the implementation of the Group's overall human resources strategy in support of the Company's business objectives and growth plans.
- Implementing talent recruitment and team building to ensure that the right people are attracted and selected, while optimizing recruitment channels and methods.
- Promote branch office registration, employee visa and other administrative work.
- Responsible for overall human resources management including employee performance management, training and development, employee relations and compensation and benefits.
- Promote the landing and implementation of the Group's human resources system, process and system.
- Work closely with business teams to provide HR related consulting and solutions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of HR related work experience, preferably in the Internet and financial industries;
- Specialized in recruitment and overall manpower management, with strong executive and professional skills.
- Familiar with Singapore's labor laws and related compliance, knowledge and competence in human resources, and familiarity with human resources management processes.
- Strong learning and problem solving skills.
- Singaporeans preferred.
