Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement Finance strategy for long and short run success of organization. Aligned with Business Target, challenges and need of subsidiary.
- Supervise Departmental Strategy of Finance, provide guidance and aligned with company objectives.
- Assess organizational financial performance against both the annual budget and long-term strategy of the business. Develop tools and systems to provide critical information to the Business Head’s and make recommendations on both strategy and operations.
- Establishing yearly objectives and meeting agendas, and selecting and engaging external consultants (e.g. auditors, investment advisors, etc.).
- Development and implementation of a direct and indirect tax strategy to ensure optimal tax outcomes
- Managing all finance and accounting operations.
- Ensure timely preparation of the Profit and Loss account and annual report.
- Actively participate in the planning process, collect, compile and analysis data fro other functions before the same is consolidated and uploaded in the planning software.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy
- Chartered Accountant
- At least 5 years work experience in a similar role
- Proficient in ERP system and Microsoft Office
