1. Administration/Customer Service
· Handle registrations for Self-sponsored
(via Online Registrations/Phone Calls/WhatsApp/Walk-in/Emails)
· Update & Blasting of Class Schedules
· Attend and liaise with self-sponsored trainees on Queries/Scheduling of course/ Grievances via Email/WhatsApp/Calls/Walk-in
· Monthly update of Typeform (Course Schedule)
2. Administrative for Pre-Class Preparation /Class Day /Post Cl ass
· Prepare and upkeep of training & registration materials
· Ensure classrooms are always clean and tidy
· Prepare training attendance
· Issuing of invoices for self-sponsored trainees
· Collecting of payment / Deduction of SkillsFuture Credits
· Update Database/Payment Records timely and accurately
· Update of google sheet on Prebook No. & Actual No.
· Enrolment of Attendees
· Upload assessment results for in-house courses
· Maintain a good filing system
· Mailing / Regular check on Mailbox
3. Assessment - Polwel
· Manage assessment bookings
· Input trainees’ details for assessment
· Update Polwel on Prebook No. & Actual No.
· Create Credit Notes for absentee
4. Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as and when required.
