Clinic Assistant

Job Description:

• Registers clients, as appropriate to clinic operations

• Answers WhatsApp messages, inquiries from clients and others; answer calls as appropriate, and/or schedules appointments

• Respond to clients queries.

• Arranges logistics for prescribed tests

• Supports day-to- day unit clinical and administrative operations.

• Dispensing plans for the clients

• Payment collection

• Obtains and verifies client billing information, processes patient accounts, and maintains records.

• Assisting practitioner in procedures - training will be provided

• Assists in maintaining the cleanliness and serviceability of the clinic

• Process billing, and payments using card terminals and maintain product stocks.

Requirements:

- No age limitation

- Nursing experience preferred

- Able to operate MS Word, Excel (training on using clinical software will be provided)

- Possess great ability to communicate and relate with other people

- Willing to learn and willing to receive constructive feedback

- Have the passion to help others

Clinic operating hour 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Clinic is located at City Hall MRT
