- Accomplished Digital Platform Architect with very good experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure digital platforms for multi-country banking solutions.
- Expert in devising innovative solutions that leverage marketing data analytics and advanced frontend technologies.
- Proven expertise in ensuring data security and regulatory compliance across borders with a strong understanding of network architecture pattern.
- Proficient in collaborating with cross-product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences being an effective team player.
- Good grasp of the concepts in interactive channel platforms. Ability to understand the channel data points and convert into scalable solutions for the purpose of sales and marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
- Understand and contribute to the Digital Platform Strategy spanning across Channels, Security and Data
- Plays pivotal role in designing future proof platforms leveraging data analytics to achieve personalized customer experiences.
Business
- Work with Business stakeholders to roll out the strategic Digital Platform solutions to multiple regions.
- Align technology adoption with business growth and market trends.
- Guide the business towards right and secure and geographically scalable architecture.
Processes
- Strictly align to Bank wide Architecture Review forum and Solution Review Board with an ability to steer the stakeholders towards technology decisions.
- Strictly align to SDLC process of the Bank and aid in approving/rejecting solutions with clear accountability of the impacts.
People & Talent
- Manage stakeholders and guide the team in correct path for software implementation.
Risk Management
- Owning the decisions and help to raise deviations and risks appropriately in Risk Registers

- Adhere to Bank wide governance forums.

- Ability to do technical prototyping to detail out complex concepts as needed.
Our Ideal Candidate
- 10+ years of experience in dealing with Digital platform architecture spanning across device, security and data domains.
- Proven expertise in major transformation initiatives in banking or Financial Institutions.
- Security Architecture concepts – Cryptography and Encryption/Decryption solutions. IAM (Identity and Access Management) Detailed understanding of concepts and working experience in solutions e.g Keycloak, Openam etc.
- Deep knowledge in content management and analytics solutions dealing with platforms such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics and Microsoft Dynamics. Enterprise data architecture, data integration and governance.
- Exposure to Big data technologies e.g Hadoop, Spark, Kafka and ETL tools in on-prem and/or cloud provider solutions such as AWS Redshift, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Google Big Query, Databricks etc.
- Banking domain concepts and solution architecture for Bank or Financial Institution.
- Assertive and independent team player
- Education: Graduate / Post-Graduate in computer science or equivalent
- Certifications: Any cloud/security/data certification is a plus.
